Sunscreen

Sunday was the actual birthday, and it was a good day. However, towards the end of the day I started to get a sinus headache. I took two extra strength tylenol and went with Renata to a dessert party in Newport. By the time I got home I was pretty sure I was going to ralph...and I did. Which I know you were all just dying to hear about. I'll spare you the details. When I woke up this morning with the same headache still lingering I decided not to risk ralphing at work, and called in sick. I did panic part way through the morning when I woke up again with this nagging fear that I had something due. I emailed Steve and he was nice enough to take care of that for me...or at least I hope he was. He said he would.

Such a waste of a very nice day. I kept thinking that I should walk down to the beach and try recuperating down there, but I didn't have the energy to slather on any sunscreen, so I remained indoors all day. Probably all for the best since apparently sunscreen is now deemed ineffective and potentially hazardous to my health. It's not going to stop me from using it. In fact, I have to wonder, is anybody really going to stop using it?
