SDSU game...

Despite the fact that I was up until 5am Friday night/Saturday morning, working on elevating the standard of cleanliness in the new home I still managed to drag out in time to go with my friend Yvette to the BYU game in San Diego. We were a little afraid that it was going to rain on us, but we were spared, although it was still pretty cold. It was, as always, amusing to see the BYU fans come out in force and dominate the crowd. I think there must have been at least twice as many BYU fans as there were SDSU fans. It was a demoralizing defeat for their team, which was especially gratifying since we were able to navigate around the stadium afterwards without having drunk Aztecs shouting profanities about "the Mormons" at us. Yvette is friends with one of the guys on the team, so we hung around so she could say hello to him afterwards. We got some inaccurate instructions from one of the security people and had to walk almost the entire circumference of the stadium before we found the place where the players come out, I don't think we got flipped off or yelled at even once.
