Statistics

I'm taking Statistics class this semester. The other day the instructor told us about the calculator that we need for this class. He gave quite a little speech about how great a piece of equipment it is, and how glad we are all going to be that we have one , so I found a used one on Craig's list and bought it. Yesterday the instructor got his out at the end of class and whipped through a bunch of questions in a matter of moments, and I was feeling pretty grateful to own this thing. Then I got home and tried to use it. I can't for the life of me figure out how this thing works. Look at it:Just holding it in my hand makes me feel like a geek. There's a big part of me that doesn't want to be the kind of person that knows what to do with this kind of a calculator. Next thing you know I'll be wearing pocket protectors.
