Summer in Utah?
I was chatting with my brother-in-law on the phone yesterday and he told me that I should look into taking some of my prerequisites at BYU during summer semester this year. Something that I had not previously realized was even an option. I think I'm way past the deadline, but the person in the admissions office seemed relatively unphased by that and told me that I need to talk to an admissions counselor. I have a phone meeting set up for tomorrow afternoon. I'm kind of torn about the whole thing, it means I'll be in Utah for almost two months. That doesn't seem like such a long time, but I'll be trading in a nice summer by the beach, for a sweltering hot summer in a place where I have no social life. NONE. Maybe that's a good thing though, it will keep me from being too distracted. I feel like this is one of those things, where if they say yes, I'll be forced to take them up on the offer. I can't turn down BYU. So I guess I'll find out tomorrow where I'm spending my summer this year.

Summer in Utah isnt that bad. I actually love Summer up here.
Jared told me a few weeks ago you might be coming back and living with them for the summer. When I came back to BYU when John got in to the MBA program they didn't care about the deadlines either. I applied in July and got accepted to go the next month. I had to talk to an admission counselor too maybe it is the same one since we share the same last name:). All I had to do is get my Ecclesiastical endorsement and I think that was it. Hope it all works out! It would be fun to have you here this summer:)
