Vote Early, Vote Often?

I was watching CNN this morning before I left for work. They were showing some little news guy out in Pennsylvania interviewing a voter. This voter didn't seem to be the sharpest knife in the drawer, and when they asked him what time he came out to vote he responded with something like "I voted early this morning, and I'm going to keep on voting," I wish I could remember his exact words. The interviewer's smile suddenly disappeared, he got a flustered look on his face, and lowered his voice a little to say "uhhh...sir, that's illegal." The voter just sort of chortled about it, made a few parting remarks about who he voted for, and then they flipped back to the people in the studio. The people in the studio looked kind of amused and one of the guys said "vote early, and vote often is not how we vote in this country. Just vote once folks." It was kind of disturbing, but hilarious at the same time.
